Dear BOCES staff members, 

As you know, the Nassau BOCES Educational Foundation has been operating since July of 2006 on behalf of the students and programs of Nassau BOCES.  With the help of our wonderful, dedicated Board of Directors, we have raised over $100,000 in under two years!  For the first time last fall, nine grants were awarded to staff at our programs to help our students in very unique and impressive ways. We are hoping that our new initiatives will continue to help us raise money to further the good work of our committed and dedicated staff.
     This year we will again be hosting the second annual “Education Partner” Awards Gala to honor nine more individuals who have given so much to improve and benefit public education. The gala will be held on Thursday, May 8th at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.  And also, we will be hosting our third annual Golf Tournament on Monday June 30th at beautiful Stonebridge Golf and Country Club in Hauppauge.  Information on both events can be found at this website or by calling me at 631-239-6326 or emailing me at jgangemi@nbeducationalfoundation.org.
     We are looking forward to having you participate in both events. Your involvement, coupled with the day-to-day dedication you bring to your job already, will benefit our kids in many many ways.
